【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsrelatedtodesignandmanufactureinordertoeffectivelycontroltheriskofinfectioncausedbyinvitrodiagnosticreagentsincludingreagentproducts,calibrators,controlmaterialsandkits,hereinaftercalledIVDreagents.Thestandardisapplicabletoinvitrodiagnosticreagentscontainingmaterialofhumanorigin.Thestandardisalsoapplicabletoinvitrodiagnosticreagentscontainingmaterialsobtainedbybiotechnologyprocessesormaterialsofanimalorigin,inparticularinviewofrelevantzoonoses,whentheresultsofariskanalysisrevealthatthereisariskofhumaninfection.Thestandarddoesnotapplytothefollowing:-instrumentsandspecimenreceptacles;NOTE1ThepreventionofinfectionduetohandlingofbiologicalmaterialsthroughoutsuchequipmentisaddressedinotherrelevantInternationaland/orEuropeanStandards.-generalaspectsofworkers'protection;-transportationofinfectiousgoods;-disposalmeasures.NOTE2SomeofthemostrelevantdocumentsrelatingtoaspectsnotcoveredbythisstandardarelistedinBibliographyforinformation.
