【摘要】:Thistestmethodisatoolforqualityassuranceuse.Givenapressure-sensitivelabelstockandarequirementintermsoftheminimumormaximumpeeladhesionvalueexpectedforthislabelstock,thedatafromthetestcanbeusedinconjunctionwithacceptancecriteria.Thistestmethodcanshowtherelativebondstrengthofagivenlabelstocktooneormoresurfacesofvariedmaterialandtextureascomparedtothestandardstainlesssteelpanel.Substitutionofpanelsrepresentativeoftheproposedsubstratesforthestandardstainlesssteelpanelwouldbeacceptableforthisprocedure.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofthepeeladhesionofpressure-sensitivelabelstocks.Thistestmethodgivesameasureoftheadherencetoastandardsteelsubstrateortoothersurfacesofinterestforapressure-sensitivelabelstock.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesameansofassessingtheuniformityoftheadhesionofagiventypeofpressure-sensitivelabelstock.Theassessmentmaybewithinasheetorroll,betweensheetsorrolls,orbetweenproductionlots.1.3Variationsinthelabelstockfacestockandadhesivecanaffecttheresponse;therefore,thistestmethodcannotbeusedtopinpointthespecificcause(s)ofnonuniformity.1.4Thistestmethodmaynotbeappropriatetotestlabelstockshavingeitherstiffbackingsorbackingsshowingahighvariabilityofthetestresponse,whichisnotatrueindicationoftherealnatureoftheadhesivebond.1.5ThevaluesstatedineitherSIorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedspearatelyasthestandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependently,withoutcombiningvaluesinanyway.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO16232describestheprinciplesofextractionofcontaminantsfromacomponenteitherbyimmersioninanultrasonicbathorbyapplyingultrasonicvibrationsdirectlyviasonotrodes.Itispreferablyappliedtosmallandmediumsizedcomponentsofvariousgeometryofwhichbothinternaland/orexternalsurfaceshavetobeexamined(e.g.jointseals,gears,etc).Itisalsoapplicabletosmallpartstobeanalysedinbatches.ThismethodcanbeusedonitsownorinassociationwithothermethodsofextractiondescribedintheISO16232series.Unlessotherwisespecified,thispartofISO16232dealswithparticulatecontaminationonly.Itdoesnot,therefore,coverappearancedefectsorcontaminationbyliquidorgaseousmaterials.Itcoverstheamountandthenatureofresidualparticlesresultingfrommanufacturingprocessesandfromtheenvironment.
