【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,joiningsystems,andmarkingforlargediameter,12in.[300mm]andlarger,insidediametercontrolledglassfiberreinforcedpolyethylene(PE-GF)spiralwoundpipewithelectrofusionjoints.Thepipingisintendedfornewconstructionandrenewalofexistingpipingsystemsusedforthetransportofwater,slurries,municipalsewage,domesticsewage,effluents,etc.,inpressuresystems.Note18212;PipeproducedtothisspecificationshouldbeinstalledinaccordancewithPracticeD2774orF1668,whereapplicable,andwiththemanufacturerx2019;srecommendations.1.2Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthetexttheSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents:therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Allpipesproducedunderthisspecificationarepressure-rated.1.4Thisspecificationincludescriteriaforchoiceofrawmaterialandtestmethodsforevaluationofrawmaterial,togetherwithperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsfordeterminingconformancewiththerequirements.1.5Inrefereedecisions,theSIunitsshallbeusedformetric-sizedpipeandinch-poundunitsforpipesizedperANSI(ANSIB36.10).1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Whenappliedinthecaseinwhichthereisnotestiteminthevacuumchamber(suchasduringbake-outoperations),thisproceduremaybeusedtoevaluatetheperformanceofthevacuumchamberinrelationtootherdatafromthesameorotherchambersgiventhatcriticalparameters(forexample,lengthofexposure,temperatureofthechamberandcoldfinger,anisotropy,andsoforth)canberelated.Theprocedurecanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofmaterialsfoundintheresidueonitemsplacedinthevacuumchamber.Theprocedurecanbeusedtodescribetheeffectofapriortestontheresidualgaseswithinavacuumchamber.Byselectingthetimeatwhichthecoolantisintroducedintothecoldfinger,theenvironmentpresentduringaselectedportionofatestcanbecharacterized.Thiscanbeusedtodeterminetherelativeefficacyofcertainvacuumchamberproceduressuchasbake-out.Theproceduremaybeusedtodefinetheoutgassedproductsofatestitemthatcondenseonthecoldfinger.Theproceduremaybeusedindefiningtherelativecleanlinessofavacuumchamber.Inapplyingtheresultsoftheproceduretothevacuumchamberingeneral,considerationmustbegiventotheanisotropyofthemolecularfluxeswithinthechamber.Theprocedureissensitivetoboththepartialpressuresofthegasesthatformthecondensiblesandthetimeofexposureofthecoldfingeratcoolanttemperatures.Theprocedureissensitivetoanylossesofsamplethatmayoccurduringthevarioustransferoperationsandduringthatprocedurewhereinthesolventisevaporatedbyheatingitonasteambath.Note18212;Reactionsbetweensolventandcondensatecanoccurandwouldaffecttheanalysis.1.1Thispracticecoversatechniqueforcollectingsamplesofmaterialsthatarepartoftheresidualgasenvironmentofanevacuatedvacuumchamber.Thepracticeusesadevicedesignatedasax201C;coldfingerx201D;thatisplacedwithintheenvironmenttobesampledandiscooledsothatconstituentsoftheenvironmentareretainedonthecold-fingersurface.1.2Thepracticecoversamethodforobtainingasamplefromthecoldfingeranddeterminingtheweightofthematerialremovedfromthecoldfinger.1.3Thepracticecontainsrecommendationsastowaysinwhichthesamplemaybeanalyzedtoidentifytheconstituentsthatcomprisethesample.1.4Bydeterminingthespeciesthatconstitutethesample,thepracticemaybeusedtoassistindefiningthesourceoftheconstituentsandwhetherthesampleisgenerallyrepresentativeofsamplessimilarlyobtainedfromthevacuumchamberitself.1.5Thispracticecoversalternativeapproachesandusagestowhichthepracticecanbeput.1.6Thedegreeofmolecularfluxanisotropysignificantlyaffectstheassurancewithwhichonecanattributecharacteristicsdeterminedbythisproceduretothevacuumchamberenvironmentingeneral.1.7Thetemperatureofthecoldfingersignificantlyaffectsthequantityandspeciesofmaterialscollected.1.8ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.9Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,seeSection8.
