【摘要】:ThispartofISO5983specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthenitrogencontentofanimalfeedingstuffsbytheKjeldahlprocess,andamethodforthecalculationofthecrudeproteincontent.Themethoddoesnotmeasureoxidizedformsofnitrogenorheterocyclicnitrogencompounds.Thismethoddoesnotdistinguishbetweenproteinnitrogenandnon-proteinnitrogen.Ifitisimportanttodeterminethecontentofnon-proteinnitrogen,anappropriatemethodshouldbeused.
