【摘要】:ThisJapaneseIndustrialStandardspecifiesthebasicrequirementforawashersterilizerthatwashesandsterilizesausedmedicaldevice(matterstobesterilized)pollutedbyorganicmatters,suchasbloodandnecroticcells,usingthesaturatedva-pour(thatisdirectlyavailablefromthewaterinthechamber,orthatisgeneratedbyabuilt-insteamgenerator,orthatisavailablefromanexternalsteamsource)inordertosafelyimplementwashingandpost-processingofsterilizationofamedicaldeviceforre-use.Thewashingmethodsincludeahot-waterimmersionmethod,anultrasonicJr"radiationmethod,ajetstreamspraymethod,etc.Inaddition,somesterilizersonlysterilizeamedicaldevice(matterstobesterilized),usingthesaturatedvapour,forthepurposeofthesecondarysterilizationforre-usewithoutwashingamedicaldevice.AwashersterilizercoveredinthisStandardshallhaveavessel21correspondingtothenationalpressurevesselstructurestandard.However,thisStandardexcludesawashersterilizerforbiohazardandothertypesofsterilizers.Notes1)ItreferstotheSafetyStandardrelatedtoConstructionCodeforFirstClassPressureVesselsspecifiedbyIndustrialSafetyandHealthLaw.2)ItreferstoFirstClassPressureVesselspecifiedbyIndustrialSafetyandHealthLaw,EnforcementOrder,Article1,Item5.
